Some days just feel like attempting.
Attempting to go to the gym with a friend, yet going to the wrong one.
Attempting to get ready for coffee and realizing you don't want to get dressed.
Attempting to read a book and falling asleep 10 minutes later.
Attempting to exist and yet feeling like even that is hard.
So guess what? Just existing is ok for today.
I'm going to make a cup of tea and write a gratitude list.
