This morning I woke up promptly at 6:30 am worried I had forgotten something. Sent my Good Morning text. I quickly noticed my roommate's empty bed and off my mind went.


3 scenarios where he died.

2 that he was robbed.

4 that he might be in jail.

6 that he was asleep somewhere, bed, bush, block.


If my mind can come up with all of that at 7 am, why does imaging myself having $500,000 in my bank account so hard?


If my mind can come up with all of that, why does imaging 3,246 different ways my life could be better so hard?


If my mind can have the power to choose a stressful thought that may not be true, why not a peaceful or productive thought that may not be true?


time to start seeing what this thing can do.
