What do I know for certain?
Welcome to Day 1 of the Questioning Yourself Challenge. I'm excited to share one of my favorite ways of self-care with you. We spend a lot of time with ourselves and sometimes we never question who we are. We tend to use outside perspectives in order to validate our "selves." Through these 30 days, I'll give you questions that I ask myself in order to get to know myself better.
With this question try to write as many "I Know..." sentences as you can. It's ok to only have a couple, which means you have a lot to learn about yourself. Also, take note of the quality of the sentences. Are you being negative? Complaining? Do you have more positive or negative sentences? If you have negative sentences, can you turn them around into things to work on? This isn't something to beat yourself up about, its just to take note of.
