Cancellation & No-Show Policy If the client needs to cancel a call, the client agrees to notify the facilitator via email or text at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled call. The facilitator agrees to work with the client to find a mutually agreeable time to reschedule the call. Unless prior arrangements have been made, the client will be deemed a “no-show” if the client is fifteen minutes late for an appointment. No refunds or credits will be given for “no-shows”.
